What’s next?

Now it’s settled that the next president of the United States of America is Donald Trump, what can be done now?

First and foremost I should inform you that I do not live in America, but in Denmark. Can I relate to you? Yes I can. For we people here in Denmark don’t have the most fit leaders in the country. They are certainly not wise, and they also like to discriminate minorities, especially muslims. Denmark also had made headlines regarding refugees and so on.

What is my point in all of this?

We live in a time of ignorance. We live in a time full of greed and arrogance. Our leaders around the world are more concerned about themselves rather than us. Is there a way we can change that? Well, perhaps there’s an answer to our problem.

If the people are upright, then their kings will remain upright. If they turn away from righteousness, then their kings will also turn away from righteousness.

Ibn Al-Qayyim

The leaders are the reflection of the people. In other words, we need to have the qualities we want in a leader. If we want a leader, who is kind, generous, righteous, honorable and just a person of good, then we have to be that as well.

We can no longer aspect our leaders to fix the world. If we want to make the world a better place, then we have to become a better people. It will not be easy, and the progress will be slow. But at the end of the line it’ll be worth it.

There is always hope, but we have to believe in it, and we need to be the hope.

May Peace be with You

Charlie Chaplin in The Great Dictator

Greed has poisoned men’s souls

Has barricaded the world with hate

Has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed

We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in

Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want

Our knowledge has made us cynical

Our cleverness hard and unkind

We think too much, and feel too little

More than machinery, we need humanity

More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness

Without these qualities life will be violent

And all will be lost

A Better People

In a time full of chaos

I wonder

Will it ever end?

I believe it will

Not today

Nor tomorrow

But one day

When we end our hatred

towards one another

When we end our greed

for this world

When we start being grateful

And stop complaining

When we start loving each other

Because that is our nature

And love should be our nature

This world will be a better place

When we become a better people

Dear France

Muslim women are not oppressed. We cover ourselves, because we want to please our Lord. We cover because we love our Lord. Is that a crime? Forcing a woman to take off her clothes is equally oppressing when forcing a woman to cover!

What you are doing is oppression against muslim women. You can’t call yourself a Nation of Liberty, when you take away someones rights.

Although, I’m not surprised by these actions done by France, I’m still disgusted by it.

Children of Palestine

Oh Children of Palestine

They have wronged you

They have taken your home

They have stolen your history

Oh Children of Palestine

You are staying strong

You will not surrender

You will not give up

Oh Children of Palestine

Before We did not listen

Things has changed

We will too, fight for You

Oh Children of Palestine

When the day comes

We will all shout in unity

Palestine is Free!

Is Islam Evil?

So tired of people claiming to be experts about Islam, when in reality they know nothing about it. They would tell you that Sharia is oppressive, they would tell you that Jihad is ”holy war”, they would tell you that Islam is evil.. But do they actually know anything about Islam?

Sharia is oppressive? No, Sharia means Gods way, and it is a lifestyle that deals with aspects of life including issues of prayer, charity, fasting, family relationships, etc.

Jihad means ”Holy War”? Wrong again. Jihad means struggle and often used to say ”to struggle to become a better human”

Islam is Evil? Yeah sure, if you think that a religion is evil, because it gives women their right and honors them, annihilate racism and slavery, doesn’t tolerate oppression, fights for justice and peace ect.

Did we mention that Islam also have ethics of war? We are not to kill or harm any woman, child or elderly. We are not to kill those who run away or surrender. We are not to destroy buildings, churches, temples, mosques and so on. Nor are we allowed to enforce religion upon anyone. Nor are we allowed to torture people.

So tell me.. Do you still think Islam is evil? Or are you still letting the media take control over you?
